KRS partnered with Selco Community Credit Union to reimagine the future of its branch network. The goal was to unify a range of layouts and finishes and deliver a consistent, modern member experience that attracts a younger audience while continuing to build trust with long-time members.
We created a flexible, future-proof prototype that blends self-service technology with staffed interactions, rethinks branch navigation, and delivers simple, intuitive “aha!” moments for members. The design establishes cohesive exterior and interior standards, reinforces brand identity, and integrates environmental décor and graphics that elevate the in-branch experience.
THE OUTCOME
The result is a scalable design standard that simplifies the member journey and positions Selco for confident, sustained growth across its expanding branch network.
