King Retail Solutions collaborated closely with Rural King Farm stores to revamp and transform their retail environment, honing in on interior signage, wayfinding solutions, customer service enhancements, and overall store layout optimizations. A key objective of the project was to elevate specific sections within the expansive store, such as the rebranded “Gun Barn” and the grocery section, newly coined the “Country Cupboard,” spotlighting the diverse offerings in firearms and private label food items.
Reflecting Rural King’s unwavering dedication to top-tier customer service, the design was meticulously planned with the customer in mind. It incorporated thoughtful touches like a welcoming free popcorn station strategically positioned at the entrance, inviting patrons to explore the store leisurely. Additionally, a redesigned customer service desk was implemented at the store’s forefront, streamlining transactions such as in-store pickups, returns, and purchases.
Emphasizing the importance of seamless navigation, the design team meticulously crafted overhead signage to guide customers effortlessly through the store while maintaining the rustic charm synonymous with the Rural King brand.
