IN SHORT
KRS has designed, fabricated, and installed environments for hundreds of convenience store brands, from targeted signage programs to full chain rebrands.
We bring design, production, installation, food service layout & equipment, and site survey under one roof, so c-store operators get a single partner who can execute everything a modern store requires. Programs that would require four vendors elsewhere require one conversation here.

The Recharge Zone, one of four branded destinations in the ExtraMile image refresh.
Dated interiors that incremental updates couldn’t fix. Leadership needed a bold redesign that modernized the brand, created destinations for high-margin food and beverage, and executed consistently across the franchise network, without alienating the core customer.
As part of ExtraMile’s image refresh program, KRS designed four branded destination zones, MileOne Coffee, Toasty Treats, Fizz, and the Recharge Zone, each a distinct experience with custom signage, dimensional branding, and décor packaged to replicate cleanly across locations.
With the new look and updated merchandising, ExtraMile stores increased visits from core customers and attracted a younger, more ethnically diverse clientele reflecting the changing demographics of the west, with franchisees positive on both the design and the rollout.
